However, to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we have set a few simple guidelines:
• Small pets up to 5 kg are welcome in the apartments.
• Pets may pass through common areas only when entering or leaving their accommodation, and must always be carried or on a leash.
• Owners must maintain full control to avoid disturbing other guests.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” immediately.
• Pets over 5 kg: unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them.
• Pets are not allowed in any common area, icluding the pool, restaurant, or gym.
• When the pet is inside the room, it is mandatory to hang the “Pet Inside” sign on the door.
This way, everyone —humans and pets— can enjoy a peaceful, comfortable, and respectful stay.
